Officer Report Highlights: Seneschal: Report is in to KingdomExchequer—· No change from last month—· Bank account creation update – on hold until next monthA&S— · Largesse Workday scheduled for June 18 (Saturday) at home of Hugh and Muirrean—time to be announced when closer· Sophia made up a huge basket of pretties to donate to Grand Thing Largesse. Alex will bring it to The Baron and Baroness of Three Mountains to add to our Baronial Largesse Gifts
Events:3M Champions: is 2.5 weeks away. PLEASE try and come out to lend a hand and have a good time. Need gate help, parking help, Gold Key help, Newcomer raffle help. Set up is happening after 6:30 on Friday so come by the site and help us get the erics, signage, and that Baronial Pavilion Set up….Please…Pretty Please…grins FOOD: POTLUCK—bring treats to share FOOD DRIVE: Bring non perishables for the Oregon Food Bank!
Demo: The 7-30 date is a bust—that is the date of the Scappoose POW WOW Festival and the town can’t support security for two big things happening –no manpower for that….SO we find a date in August or early September or we try again next year…..
Embellishers Guild Schola Event: Jacinda will follow up with Scappoose High School on pricing and dates available before next month.
New Business: Tuesdays don’t seem to be very well attended anymore…should we consider moving our Meeting back to Fridays with a social after? Let’s discuss at next meeting.
